We are seeking an intermediate to advanced Architectural Technologist, who will support our team. Applicants should have 5 or more years of Canadian working experience, plus solid organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills and come with an eagerness to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare development and building permit drawings.
Experience with building envelope detailing.
Prepare construction documents for building permit and tender documents.
Prepare and revise site instruction documents and sketches.
Coordinate and review architectural and consultant drawings.
Thorough knowledge of building systems and detailing.
Solid knowledge of the Building Code.

QUALIFICATIONS

Post-secondary diploma in Architectural Technology from a recognized institution.
Proficient in PowerCadd (AutoCAD and Revit experience acceptable) and PDF editing software.
Knowledge of Building Codes, standards and building structures with the capability to research effectively.
Understanding of building construction and the value of effective technical documents.
