AIRDRIE RIVAIRO TOWNHOME COMMUNITY

The Rivairo Townhome Community is a large-scale living community, located in Airdrie, but acting as its own entity within. On the 8-acre site, there are 21 standalone buildings, comprised of 128 3-storey, 3 bedroom townhouses, and 39 3-storey stacked townhouses across 2 buildings.

The exterior features a combination of stone, Hardie Board, and acrylic stucco finishes, with varying overhangs from the facade to create further visual stimulation. The stacked townhouses include an underground parkade, while the standalone townhouses are accompanied by their own double attached garage. Phase 1 of the project has been completed of the four phases of development.
